This bowl is my new obsession! I sub for real eggs and get lite cheese/lite potatoes. All the ingredients are so super fresh and cooked nicely! The veggies have so much color and texture and everything is seasoned well. Delicious!!

This was great! Very fresh and tasty! I like that they have this available as a lighter option! While I asked for light portion potatoes and got none, everything else was accurate. I love that you can customize it to your liking (I subbed for real eggs and got light cheese). Will definitely be having this again and again! The veggies were cooked perfectly!

The Capitola is my favorite. The best chicken salad. I love the sweetness of the apples and the crunch of the cashews.
