The side steak was cooked perfect- to my specific or of medium rare. Seasoning was not over powering... just right. And it comes sliced... nice thing was it was actually sliced in the correct direction (against the grain) to provide tender texture. The serving size was perfect. It was late and I didn't want to go buy a steak - fire up my grill. But I have been really craving steak and didn't want a huge meal so I took a gamble on ordering their Side Steak - I've eaten here and have had other steaks and I enjoy them very much... but a Side Steak is usually thinner and not as tender and can easily be ruined.... But I'm happy to say.... AWESOME!
