Everything was super fresh, delicious, and they filled up the bowl to the top! I asked for extra sauce and they definitely came through... would 100% recommend.

I ordered a poke bowl and it was nothing like what a real poke bowl should be. It was just lettuce and raw fish—literally nothing else. No rice, no proper base, no toppings, no flavor. The fish didn’t even seem fresh. It felt like a lazy attempt to pass off a couple of ingredients as a full meal. Totally disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

I had the Large poke and chose more of the salmon, but I wasn't expecting that small quantity of my salmon. I did all sushi rice as well buy added veggies in it. Tokyo fries was soggy and not fresh fried. Tasty yes, but serving not worth of the price.

Let me start by saying that the food is amazing here, i LOVE their poke bowls and their Tokyo Fries the food is always 12/10, however when i get it delivered it's always like 50/50 chance i'll get what i ordered or there will be things missing. This was one of those times unfortunately, i ordered extra extra kimchi(i love my prebiotic cabbage) and got only a little more than the regular amount. On top of that i also was missing a fork for my fries, a spoon for my bowl and was only give two napkins when i asked for extra because i like to be prepared. The 3 stars has nothing to do with quality of food it really is just the service sometimes. It's just disappointing when you know you're buying from somewhere amazingggg and you didn't get what you were looking forward to :(

I love the flavor of butterfish's bowls and all of the options. However, this time, the amount of food was a bit underwhelming and it's been this way a few times recently. It feels like "shrinkflation": increased price and less product.
