The barbecue was moist and delicious. I got Meaty Spare Ribs and they were delicious with flavor of hickory smoke and great sauce. The Bourbon Glazed Bread Pudding was not too sweet but was rip with raisins. They gave large meat portions but the sides were small but tasty.

The ribs were absolutely delicious and meaty. Great smokey flavor. The brisket was moist and delicious. I got the greens and fried okra. I was very pleased with both.

That was probably the most mid meal I've had. School lunch sloppy joes are better. Wouldn't recommend. Macaroni & 3 Cheeses tasted absolutely soulless.
