The coffee was super bitter in my Caramel Macchiato ! and the Green Apple smoothie didn't come with any whip or caramel unfortunately.

Picture showed iced coffee so I thought that's what I was getting, the choices didn't give me an option to choose iced, hot or blended, or I would have chosen iced, I received hot coffee. I don't drink hot coffee, disappointed there was not a choice.
