awful quality of flowers! ordered a premium size and a balloon with congratulations. paid almost twice as much. in the end - the usual size, the leaves of the flowers are rotten, and there is no balloon at all!

I ordered this flower bouquet and even paid the extra $20 to get the premium package which stated they "will add more blooms and select the highest quality flowers." Also, I asked them to contact me if any of the flowers were out of stuck so I can choose the alternatives. However, they mostly chose the alternatives without even bothering to contact me. I wish I could attach a picture of the bouquet they sent instead of what I ordered, so you could've see it for yourself.
