Cabo Blanco Peruvian Restaurant has two convenient locations in the heart of Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood, Florida, where you can spend a wonderful evening with your loved ones.
Food was super mid, quality was horrrible. The potatoes looked old, salad was also old. Chicken was not rotisserie, skin was super pale. All sauces were watered down. Never again

The Pechuga a la Parrilla was cook perfectly. I wish it was better seasoned but the two sauces it comes with were really good.

I had the Tallarin Verde con Pollo and the sauce for the chicken breast was spicy and delicious out of this WORLD! Everything was so delicious but the pasta could've probably used more salt. This was all just VERY delicious!
