Grilled Lemon Pepper Tuna Tacos were sooooooo good! Kids Plain Burrito very good, too. Avocado pasta salad amazing. Just love this restaurant!

It was pretty gross. Maybe it’s better in store. We had our order pretty quickly. Which made the cold, mushy food confusing. The avocado way grey, the sauce had hardened and split. The shrimp for the shrimp quesadilla, kids taco and bang bang taco all tastes like straight old bay. Too intense for the kids and overwhelming for the kids meal. The Serrano tacos were just spicy but no flavor. The chicken didn’t look fresh either. It was either reheated or previously frozen chunks. There was that greyeige slimy looking film on a lot of the pieces. After $20 fees it was so expensive for one of the worst meals. The queso was meh… Moe’s is way better which is crazy. Also the canned sodas a confusing since we received fountain soda with a ton of ice.

Steak Fajitas were supposed to be in a kiwi teriyaki sauce and there was no flavor whatsoever, much less any semblance of kiwi or teriyaki. The steak was overcooked, cut in to very small almost cubes and you get maybe 1/8 a cup of steak and 1/8 cup of onions and peppers. Very small portions-small bit of shredded lettuce, tomatoes and shredded cheese for nearly $18. Tortillas were dry, tomatoes were gross. I ordered chips and salsa and they sent corn with tomatoes on top? The queso was flavorless and the guacamole looked like it came from a tube so I just tossed it. You get 3 small plantains for $4.25. The shrimp taco had good flavor but was soggy and sitting in liquid. Not good food all around. I can forgive one or two things but the whole order was not as expected and most of it was sadly thrown away bc it was unsalvageable. Even the chips were blah. Left out silverware requested.

Former VT student and I missed those buffalo shrimp tacos like hell. There's not many similar dishes at other restaurants in RVA. I was worried about how they would package it but I was very happy with my order. The tacos and mashers were in separate containers!
