Half the time, my notes are ignored so I don't recieve quite what I ordered, and the CHICKEN TENDERS are often old and incredibly dry, like petrified.

Front desk isn't very efficient. After I showed her the pickup order, she ignored me, did not ask to wait for a minute and helped another customer when my order is ready right behind her. Very disrespectful and inefficient.

Such slow service had to wait past the estimated time and when the order was ready they serviced others with online ordered even tho I could clearly see my name on the bag and I was there for 15 mins. They just gathered and gossip instead of act working
