Maybe do yourself a favor and dont order from here. It's disappointing at best. Had missing and wrong items.
The BLT with avocado should be better- but the bread will be soggy by the time it gets to you- and the lemon basil sauce (i think) just doesnt add anything- it takes away.
I ordered a Chocolate Chip Cookie- was given some weird butterscotch tasting thing with a pretzel on top and almost no chocolate chips- aka- the wrong cookie.
The fruit cup cost an extra 2$ for basically 2 pieces each of balled cantaloupe and honeydew.. and then 7 pieces of balled up watermelon. Annoyingly, it is the best thing I ordered.
Also-
I ordered a Cafe Latte and it was just not delivered at all. Not sure what happened there.

Cafe E never fails me. Always full and happy. Today it was a seared Grilled Salmon Sandwich on a brioche bun with a delectable side salad with balsamic dressing.. my sweet tooth insi on a Vegan Peanut-butter cookie which was baked to perfection along with a Yerba Mate to fuel me through my work day. I have been look for a restaurant that has lots of fresh ingredients and innovative recipes since moving to Memphis. I LOVE Southern food, but sometimes I need to give my arteries a break, if you know what I mean. The Kitchen Sink Salad was exactly what I was looking for: fresh and delicious, but substantive. There were plenty of proteins (and the shrimp and eggs were cooked to perfection) so I didn't feel like I was just eating rabbit food, but it was balanced nicely with ample veggies. I have had the iced coffee drink specials the last two weekends in a row and both were creative and refreshing. And I'm going to crave the one I had last week with the spicy chocolate forever. (PLEASE make that a regular beverage and ill be back every weekend...I promise!) Thank you, Cafe Eclectic, for making this West Coast girl feel right at home!

oh sooooooo delicious!!!!! The shrimp was seasoned and cooked to perfection I do not eat avocado but it was sooo good with the omelette I even ate the avocado.

Rachels wrap was good, requires a little salt. Pookie's pancakes were....I am truly sorry to say it, but awful. There's an indescribable "twang" that can be smelled then tasted. I'm really disappointed by this. I figured the pancackes would be good seeing how I normally love & enjoy the vegan pancakes. Maybe a bad day :(
