The Mediterranean Salmon was fantastic! Cooked well, great flavor, great portion size. The Side Green Beans were also nice, lemony, not overly salted. The pesto basil pasta was my favorite, the portion was good. Super filling but nourishing meal!

I always order the Chicken Orzo soup from Cafe Express. Unfortunately this order was not as great. The vegetables in the soup were hard, the chicken was overcooked, and I was given about 3 tbs of the Orzo, chicken and veggies. The rest was broth.

my soup was not even half way full. This is not fair, paid over $30 for a soup and salad. "Salad" was a lot of brown lettuce. c'mon do better.

We are addicted to the Mediterranean Salmon. The chef prepares it just the way we like it, crunchy on the outside and tender and flaky on the inside. The sauce is super delicious. We like the green beans and pasta pesto salad as sides. They pair well with the salmon.

This place is a regular for my, cafeteria style food, but way more tasty and more options. I had the the Spanish Chicken Romesco which is a chicken breast with an orange sauce, I chose mashed potatoes with spinach for my sides, It was fresh and delicious as always
