Cafe Pho

Topped with chopped cilantro, scallion and white onion. Served with bean sprouts, fresh basil leaves and jalapeno. Add hoisin sauce, red pepper chili sauce and limejuice to taste.

Green mixture of lettuce, cucumber, pickled vegetables. Topped with lightly sauté scallion and served with lime fish sauce or lime soy sauce (vegan). Choice of white rice or vermicelli noodles bowl.
