Always a great meal from Rio, their tortillas are thick, chewy and absolutely outstanding. The steak is always cooked perfectly tender. Their queso is unreal. I'd order Rio over any other "fast" Mexican every time.

The beef birria tacos are amazing! Chips & Salsa had a huge amount of very good/fresh chips but almost no salsa for them (also very good). The chicken taco in my Double Tacos was tasty but not much meat in it. That said, the fact two tacos and some chips cost me nearly thirty dollars is reason enough to not do it again.

The Build Your Own Bowl had a lot of options and was amazing but will of course be a bit different for everyone. As for the Mint Limeade (Craft Specialty) it's wonderful, I should warn it's muddled mint leaves so you'll get chunks of mint through the straw but it has to be one of my favorite beverages personally

not as good as it used to be. Steak Fajita bowl barely had any meat in it. Double Enchiladas had little in the way of seasoning. Not what we expected considering past experiences.

I ordered the Double Enchiladas and the Queso and Chips . Fantastic! It's been quite some time since I've ate there so I tried it again. I will definitely be back! Great portions as well!
