Im a bariatric patient and I ordered a pork barbacoa Salad. These salads are so big I can get 3 to 4 meals out of it. But they tend to get soggy before I can finish it. There was no where on the app to add notes to my order. So once I made my purchase, I called the Tooele store and asked them if they would put my lettuce and tortilla strips in a separate container. The lady I spoke with did not make me feel as if I was a difficult customer. I asked her to remember my extra Side of Creamy Tomatillo Dressing since it was forgotten last time. She assured me she would check my entire order and make sure everything was there and correct. Again, she was wonderful and my order was perfect. Of course the actual meal was wonderful as expected. Thank you for accomadating my silly requests.

I normally love cafe rio, but the past two times I have doordashed here, I've gotten a burrito that has so little meat that maybe 1/5 bites has meat in it. When you're paying $15 for a burrito it oughtta be better than this.

The double tacos had pretty much no meat or cheese on them and the meat was very over cooked. I'm allergic to rice so I can only have the meat cheese and beans on my tacos and there was pretty much nothing but tortilla. Sad to pay 14$ for pretty much a tortilla

The Double Enchiladas, a harmonious union of tender tortillas, rich meat, and velvety sauce, was a revelation. The dish boasted two generously filled enchiladas, swaddled in a luscious blanket of mole and crema, that melded together in perfect harmony. Each bite unveiled a symphony of flavors, with the slow-cooked beef and melted cheese melding seamlessly with the subtle tang of the sauce.
Meanwhile, the Sweet Barbacoa Quesadilla stole the show with its ingenious fusion of sweet and savory notes. The tender, slow-cooked barbacoa beef was perfectly balanced by the subtle sweetness of caramelized onions and the crunch of fresh cilantro. The quesadilla's crispy exterior gave way to a gooey, cheesy interior that added depth and richness to each bite.
Throughout both dishes, the quality of ingredients shone through, with each component expertly prepared and presented. The tortillas, soft and pliable, provided a perfect vessel for the flavorful fillings. The cheese, melted to perfection, added creaminess without overpowering the other ingredients.
In conclusion, the Double Enchiladas and Sweet Barbacoa Quesadilla are a must-try for anyone seeking an authentic and mouth-watering Mexican culinary experience. Each dish is a masterclass in flavor combination, texture, and presentation, sure to leave even the most discerning palates singing.

The Nachos were abysmal. I basically received a bowl of chips with small scraps of meat and way less cheese than what should be on an order of nachos. I even PAID for extra meat.
