Fajita bowl was not good. I didnt expect it to be soupy, and the flavor of the beans were below substandard. There was very little of anything else in the bowl except a very thick portion of black beans. I had to literally dig to find any rice, and the rest was just not very appetizing. Sad, but probably one of the worst items I have ordered before from Cafe Rio.

Double Enchiladas Almost 5stars, here's why: The palate is on point! from their savory tender meats, lime rice, red chili, house dressing.. A+ Flavors! A+ in Freshness! B in Appearance which isnt bad for delivery -but couldve been improved by putting the sr crm in the cute compartment instead of the house dressing purchased separately. Sr crm was runny on dish, no good for reheating. "Extra guac" as an option implies it comes with some, it did Not. They went very Easy on the Cheese, there was no option for extra. I enjoyed the fresh greens on the side, but nothing fancy, just lettuce. Ok, here's where they lose the star, what's up with always seems like Oops maybe they didn't calculate right, running a batch behind on beans n rice so putting them out undercooked n sm portions!?! Or maybe overcooked bottom of barrel?! Imo beans can't simmer too long. Perfect rice can be tricky, they're close, but Ouch! And it may be personal preference but seems like they get impatient w the tortillas as well! I think theyre too thick, like masa, n need cooked higher heat and/or longer. Regardless, overall yummy. Doordash was great, 5stars for driver.

The flavor was good. I'm never disappointed with Rio for that. But I think a Salad should have more lettuce. What little lettuce there was ended up very soggy at the end. I'll just stick to my burrito bowl next time!

Don't get me wrong I really enjoy the food from this store, the problem is, the last 4-5 times I've ordered from this location the order has been completely messed up, from forgetting the Pico, actually putting double rice, extra meat, especially when the receipt shows that, and there is barely any meat on it or barely any rice. It's frustrating, again I love the food, but there really needs to be some work on quality assurance especially when extra money is required for extra ingredients that have already been paid for and not received. Both customer service and myself had issues even contacting the store to fix the problem.

Burrito had literally three pieces of steak. Pico was just a tomato paste, weird. They also gave me the wrong drink.
