The sweet pork was disgusting. They barely gave us any meat. We ate at another Cafe Rio yesterday and it was delicious. We ordered the exact same thing. We will not go to this location again.

Typically so consistent but something is very wrong with the Tomatillo dressing today, so runny and tastes very off. Poured it on my salad and it's nearly unedible and I am worried something is bad so just not going to eat this .

Cafe rio used to be good. Seems like they got a new owner or something. From Colorado to Utah everything has changed. Even their signature tomatillo salad dressing.all the changes are for the worse. They barely put any lettuce in the salad and many other issues
