They were out of what I ordered so they just subbed another sandwich in its place. It was not what I would have ordered, and instead of the option of a refund or a replacent, I just had to pay for a sandwich I didnt want.
They did offer a free drink in person, which is less than the cost of the sandwich and not helpful.
