Parktown Pizza Company at Bernal Ave, Pleasanton named CauliflowerCrust on Doordash Pleasanton has been my all time favorite Pizza place since lockdown (2020). The cauliflower crust here has a different taste than other places and is unmatched in flavor and quality. I love the garlic rich flavor of their garlic chicken pizza. I am glad there is one outlet close to my place that I can enjoy.

This was my first cauliflower crust pizza. As far as the crust goes, it was great. Pretty comparable to a regular thin crust, just a tiny bit more dense. I always order pepperoni when trying a new pizza place to compare apples to apples. This pepperoni was very spicy. If that's your jam, this is for you. If you (or your kiddos) don't love the lip burning sensation of spicy pepperoni, try another flavor. Also would have loved to know when I ordered how small the pizza is, but I didn't see how many inches in the description. It would definitely be considered a "small" by most standards.
Overall, I'd eat here again, I'd just skip the pepperoni.

Delicious, but just bear in mind that the pizza is a size small! It won't feed more than one person, and I didn't see that listed anywhere. The crust is great, very crunchy.

One of the best pizzas I've had in a long time. I ordered the combination. The crust was crispy and delicious. It didn't even seem like I was not eating a traditional pizza with dough crust! Highly recommend.

I can't believe how small the Hawaiian Pizza was for the price we paid. Tasted good but the price and size is ridiculous. You lost this customer after our second try. Should change the name to Gold Crust for the prices they charge.
