So I don't often write reviews but I felt really inclined to this time around because I enjoyed the food SO much.
First off, the portion sizes are big for what you pay (at least to me).
The veggie broth was AMAZING, probably the best I've ever had. It cured my soul. The hot and sour soup was also delicious, it was the first thing I ate and it was completely gone in minutes (also it was extremely filling).
I didn't try the vietnamese roll personally but heard they were really good - although a bit greasy. The dipping sauce (which I assume was supposed to be nuoc cham, was extremely watered down yet had a very potent fish sauce taste - i don't know if it was a bad batch or if that's how they make it. But I would put nuoc cham on EVERYTHING if I could and this one didn't do it for me).
I am a convert. I can't wait to try more things!

Some of the best pho in van, made by some really nice people. The Salad rolls w/ peanut sauce are bomb & the Hot and sour tamarind broth is insanely flavourful and delicious*

The noodles soup was packaged perfectly with a plastic film on top to prevent spilling anywhere. It was slightly spicy and delicious on a cold day.

Best Vietnamese food in my opinion. They make rice rolled spring rolls that are gluten friendly. They should advertise it because I'm sure there are many people that are not aware this is available. The food is always fresh and delicious and best thing is they never get anything wrong when you order. They deserve the 5 stars without a doubt. If you have never tried their food, now is the time. I suggest their current chicken dish, steamed crepes with peanut sauce snd their huge rice wrapped and deep friend spring rolls. Salad rolls are also do fresh and delicious. This is by far the longest review I have ever given and it's because Cambie Vietnam is that GREAT

Got lemongrass chicken and spring rolls. Spring rolls are very crunchy and tasty. Chicken was cooked perfectly with a light lemongrass flavour.
