The best soul food that I've had in FL!!!! I will be coming back from Tampa often just for this amazing food! The owner is kind and provides excep custo service as well. This is definitely a Top Recommendation!!!!

I ordered the Fried Chicken Plate and overall, it was a great value for the portion size. The chicken itself was flavorful, though just a bit on the salty side. The macaroni salad was absolutely incredible—creamy, well-balanced, and full of flavor. The greens, while cooked well, felt like they were missing a little something to bring them fully to life.
Now, the Farmer’s Punch—wow. It was so good, I just wish it came in a bigger cup! Seriously refreshing and the perfect complement to the meal.
I’d definitely come back. A few tweaks and it would be a solid five stars.

Very delicious!!
The food arrived hot, so it was fresh.
The catfish was delicious, crunchy and flavorful.
Next the candied yams, were sweet, tasty and mouth watering.
The Mac and cheese was flavorful, and cheesy.
The collard greens were ok, for me it was missing something. Perhaps could have used more seasoning, but that's a personal preference.
Portion size is great, and very filling.
I would order again.

Candee Lee's was absolutely amazing. I loved the fry on the Fried Catfish Plate and the cabbage and collard greens were seasoned to perfection. And those Better Than Ya Mama's Grits might not have been lying. I will definitely be back this week!

The food was really good. The Mac and cheese was perfect and the yams were also good. The chicken wasn't bad but it was probably my most least favorite part of th meal. Overall I look forward to trying more items on the menu and highly recommend giving this place a try.
