I have eaten at this restaurant many times, so glad to see it here. It was super fresh and hot - great delivery.The Flounder Basket is amazing.the fish was flakey, lightly battered, not greasy at all- absolutely incredible. So many fries ! Not sure if they double fry, but delicious.The coleslaw is also great & I always get it when I'm there. 10 out of 10 will definitely order again.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST SEAFOOD I HAVE HAD IN NEW HANOVER
IN YEARS ! I HAD FLOUNDER, FRENCH FRIES, AND HUSH PUPPIES. ALL WERE V VERY PLENTIFFUL, FRESH AND VERY HOT! THEY ARRIVED STILL STEAMING HOT ! I RECD. ENOUGH FOR AT LEAST 2 PEOPLE! ALL WAS AMAZING! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH. I AM GLAD I CHOSE ANOTHER MEAL TONIGHT.I CHANGED MY MIND AT LAST MINUTE. I SAY AA+++ !!

I highly recommend Cape Fear Seafood!
The peel and eat shrimp were perfectly cooked. They tasted as if they were fresh off of the boat.
As a local resident from The beautiful Port City area, I would have to say their seafood is top notch.
The crab dip is a must have! Cape Fear Seafood is the perfect establishment to take your sweetheart for an amazing dinner date experience.
Add a nice bottle of spirits and enjoy some great, fresh, seafood.

Cape fear seafood company is one of those restaurants that is consistently good. From the food to the packaging to the delivery. It is always on point. This is probably the second time we have ordered on DoorDash for delivery and when I took that first bite, it was just as good eating at home as it was eating in the restaurant. I am sometimes hesitant to order from nice restaurants such as this from DoorDash because you never know if doing that is worth what you're spending. But at Cape fear seafood it definitely was. Order with con confidence.

Once a good choice, this restaurant has really gone downhill this year. This was the third order in which at least one item was missing. In my $80 + order, three sides were missing, the shrimp were few and popcorn size, and one fish fillet was too overcooked to eat. The owners need to get a handle on quality control, or they will lose many more customers. They have lost me and my family.
