The fish is small and very oily. The oil needs to be changed fish taste burnt

Southen style whitefish was a lager piece than expected. Arrived good temperature. I ordered baked potato but there was no option to select butter or sour cream so ate it plain, which was fine.
Dasher arrived very timely!
