Talapia was overcooked. One meal had 1/2 piece. Classic batter seemed old. Vegetable servings were child sized and no condiments for the potato.

what happened forget to change the oil in the fryers
I know after over 50 years in food service either that or the oil hit the flashpoint Smokey burnt spots on the fish flavored throughout the shrimp all well that's the first time for everything

DIDN'T HAVE THAT YUM YUM TO IT ... SLAW WAS SOMEWHAT BLAND AND THE 4 PIECES OF FISH WAS NOT A SOLID TASTE, IT DIDN'T HIT THE TADTE BUDS TO THAT YUMMY FLAVOR
