This is definitely a family sized amount of food! You can feed a family of six with this! We got extra shrimp and had plenty of food for the five of us. The fish was crispy, the shrimp for just right and the hush puppies were good. We got plenty of sauce too.

I rate this entire Deluxe Seafood Platter a 3/5. The potato was still hard with a small cut in with cheese and bacon, def not loaded, no crab in the crab cakes, (I found one little sliver of imitation crab), the fish was ok, okra ok and shrimp ok. Will not buy again.

This store on S Academy is the absolute worst Captain D's I've ever dealt with, and I've been a loyal Captain D's pateon for over 40 years! I called them after an hour of ordering because I sw that our order was still at the store and my kids were hungry.
The manager, Zachary, answered the phone and complained apologized, admitted the Dasher was waiting there but order still wasn't ready, He blamed it on being short staffed.
About 15 minutes later, the Doir Dash app showed that the order was pucked up and he was otw. We promptly received our order after that; however, we were missing several itwms. We spent $60 on the family fish meal , plus extra side of fried shrimp & upgraded to the loaded baled potatoes for an additional $5 . We only received 2 potatoes (which were even missing sour cream & butter , no packets in with the condiments, even though I requested extra s. c,). We also did not receive any hush puppies. Also, the quality & portion size of the fish was a joke. They were more glorified fish sticks than anything.
I know the dasher is supposed to make sure the order is right, but I hold the store accountable for their customer service . When I called the manger Zachary back, he was immediately defensive and rude. He stated it was not his problemand call Door Dash. He waa condescending and said it is not his responsibility to make it right. Never offered to just fix the order and have us or the Dasher come gwt it. When I expressed that we were very disappointed in the size of their fish for the price we paid, he just dismissed me.
Needless to say, we will NEVER return to that location (on S. Academy). I've never had a problem with the location on Fillmore . I can't believe a manger could be so dismissive and rude.
Thankfully, Door Dadh did want to make it right and gave us credits back on my account. Thank you Door Dash!

Every element of this meal was perfect. If I lived here it would be, at least, a weekly visit! You should charge $20+ for this plate- remember it was my idea so I still get the original price. Kudos!

Food was good, but the kids meal was ordered with coleslaw and they sent French fries.... Also, like always at this location, asking for condiments is like asking them to crap rainbows...it's never gonna happen.
