It's been a minute since I've visited Captain D's and today I was reminded why.... $66 for fish that looked more like the size of mozzarella sticks, cold, stale fries, micro shrimp, wrong order and drinks that had to be purchased separately. The amount of food given in each meal would have been enough to make my 8yr old mad. Why give an option for spicy fish, when it looks, smells and tastes like regular fish?? One of the orders was supposed to have Mac 'n Cheese but was given cole slaw instead... Overall, just could have been better all around. Now that I have been reminded why I stopped eating here in the first place, I will not be returning.....

Okra was tough and could not eat.
Pickles were hard as rocks, I coated and fried like rocks. Could not eat most of food. Food usually good but not this time.
1 crab cake was yucky. Fish and hush puppies were very good as always.

I got the Grilled White Fish Meal and it was good. However, the brocolli had 0 season! The green beans had a little. I seasoned them myself which came out pretty good.

The spicy giant fish was cold and disgusting. The lettuce was old, couldn't taste the tarter faucet. There wasn't any crumbling and the fish was more like fish sticks. The sweet tea wasn't sweet. The only food that was ok was the funnel cake sticks and the cheesecake

The fish was cooked a lil to long and the hush puppies was aswell, Please fill ur cup of tarter to the top ... like whats the purpose if you gotta scrub the bottom just to get tarter sauce ...
