I requested a change on my sandwich (wanted half the meat on sandwich normally comes with 4 lbs) and they went above and beyond to call me and confirm my change. (Captains Cabin not door dash) food was fresh and very tasty. Will order again.

Absolutely awful quality. Didn't follow directions or selected choices. less portions than pictured or received before. Paid $66 for absolute disappointment and mediocre food. Pizza tots looked nothing as pictured, barely had toppings. BLT bread was burnt.

The last time we ordered, I was not very impressed after years of loving Captain's Cabin food. It's apparent that that was a one time oops. The Bacon Cheeseburger* and Mushroom Swiss Burger* were DELICIOUS!! The fries tasted fresh and sooooo good. So glad we gave them another chance! Soo sooo delicious and hit the spot for our burger craving tonight!

I'm glad the prices aren't too high, 11 for some popcorn shrimp and 12 for a blt. But neither of them were anything amazing. The fries are like school lunch fries and needed salt and some crispness. The batter on the popcorn shrimp had zero seasoning, so they tasted kind of bland and a little mushy. The blt was the best item. I don't think I'd get them again, though.

Always so hot, fresh, and full of flavor! my fave is this BBQ Chicken Wrap tatertots arent soggy either im always satisfied and its so packed full of flavor.
