• DoorDash orderOne of the most delicious meals Springfield has to offer. The Cachapitas were perfectly sweet, soft, with a hint of savoriness from the cheese. The Arpitas had the most perfect combination of crunch and softness along with juicy and savory flavors. The tequenos looked simple, but the flavor of the cheese inside was absolutely perfect. Glad I decided to try them again(:

• DoorDash orderAnother local restaurant that makes similar food sells Fresas con Crema / Strawberries with Cream and similar desserts. They were closed (and thats a common issue with their hours) so I ordered from here. Price wasn't terrible. I also got the Cachapas. The Cachapas was great. I honestly don't think the cheese was even necessary. It's sort of like a griddle cooked cornbread that's moist and fresh with a little sweetness. The Fresas con Crema / Strawberries with Cream were good. Strawberries could have been more fresh and I kind of think they just mixed milk and Cool Whip and put like 3/4 of the small drink cup with the cream and then the rest a bit of Strawberries and a bit of Hershey's chocolate sauce and some sort of red sauce. I wasn't in the mood for chocolate so was kind of annoyed they didn't declare it but you can't taste it until the bottom of the cup. The red sauce and chocolate sauce seem unnecessary. Otherwise good tho. May order again given the price.
