A good LARGE SICILIAN CAESAR SALAD but Clearly not large. it was a small salad. not worth the price. The house salad is a better salad and cheaper. still recommended though if you like Caesar salad.

ZEPPOLI & GELATO are packaged together. Gelato was melted and Zeppoli soggy with condensation. Frozen and hot items shouldn't be in the same container. Meatballs had the taste and texture of meatloaf and the sausage was burnt. Huge disappointment. $25 a plate for the trash.

Absolutely divine!! Ordered dinner for the first time from this restaurant even though I am super picky about my Italian after growing up with neighborhood Nonna's, what a pleasant and flavorful surprise! The desserts were just like what I remember growing up! The 6 - CANNOLI were so fresh, and the filling was just right! CHIARA'S TIRAMISU was mouth watering and enchanting! We will be back to dine in very soon!

I will preface this by saying we have been going to Caragiulos for 25 years and have pretty much never had a bad meal, either in house or with takeout. The last few times we have ordered, we have been less than impressed, and today the food was literally flavorless. Nothing was seasoned, the sauces were all watery, the risotto tasted like plain oatmeal. To boot, they neglected to give us bread for the mussels and only provided a tiny container of house dressing for a large salad - that dressing is the whole reason for ordering that salad - so we couldn't enjoy the two things that actually had some flavor. The menu has recently changed, and a lot of items we used to love are gone. This would be fine but the focus on adding new things seems have distracted them from putting out flavorful food, which is what they have been known for for over 35 years. Very disappointing, but this seems to be a trend there recently so we will probably take a break. Hopefully things improve.
