I ALWAYS come back to Carlos! Since I used to order from their Happy Valley location on 82nd, I was STOKED to find out they had a location here in Vancouver when I moved across the bridge! Never a miss, and always the kindest people ever! The flavor will absolutely spoil you for birria anyplace else you go!

The BIRRIA TAQUITOS were excellent, had a great crisp, flavor, and had plenty of meat. They paired nicely with the Consome 8oz and salsa. The red salsa has a bit of kick and some great flavor.
