The Menudo de Res/ Traditional Mexican Beef Soup is terrible! There was a ton of grease pooled on top. It was so greasy and had two big chunks of pig feet in it. By the time I scooped out all the grease from the top and those pigs feet, this is all that was left. Hardly any tripe at all and no flavor. No bueno!
