• DoorDash reviewOn Monday I attempted to place an online order for delivery . Something was wrong with the website and it placed my order for pickup. I tried for the rest of the day to call the restaurant and corporate with no success. The order was for $24.00 and I began to think that I was going to not get a refund or store credit. By the end of the day the store manager Alicia called me back, I explained what happened and instantly she apologized for the inconvenience and went over and beyond to fix the problem. She asked me to come into the store to receive a full refund. When I arrived the next day she wasn't there initially but I was pleasantly surprised to see that the restaurant was super clean including the bathroom, it smelled nice, and the employees were very pleasant and professional. Alicia arrived, gave me my refund as promised and I placed an order at the counter that arrived at my table fresh , hot and delicious. I appreciate Alicia and her team because as I looked around they were extending the same kind and courteous service to not just me but all of their customers. Thank you

• DoorDash orderThis Carl's Jr. location has always been the absolute BEST! I just moved back to Denver recently after moving home to the mountains for a couple of years. And I'm so happy that this location is still the same. Always hot, fresh, and, delicious food. Yum! Thank you!!!! :-)
