The onion rings were so bad that we couldn't eat them... some of them didn't even have onions in them.. they were cold and hard and tasted like rubber. The chicken sandwich had one small piece of chicken that was almost burned and hardly anything else on it. Fries were mushy... it was just horrible.

Hamburgers (3) - all buns were STALE. And dry. Hamburger Pattie's we're very dry and overcooked . Waffle fries were undercooked- very disappointed with this delivery- restaurant is only .9 miles away, delivery was fast but clearly food was sitting for an extended period before ordering.

The famous stars tasted like nothing. Usually we like Carl's because it has a lot of flavour but it was very bland. Almost like it had staled and they gave us those.

The last 3 times I ordered any food from place they mess the order up. I order a double western bacon & they send me a single with no cheese, have half a piece of bacon & no onion rings on it. At least the spicy chicken i ordered was spicy.
