Hand-Breaded Chicken Sandwich was moist & fresh. Natural-Cut French Fries were just the way I like them..a little limp.
My problem was with the receipt..what's this surcharge item? What is this "ex" lettuce? I ordered lettuce because I didn't think it came with the sandwich. I want lettuce, but not extra.

Biggest and most consistent issue I have here is the fact that my drinks usually taste very bland. Employees here need to check and change the syrup for the drinks when they run out. Coca-Cola is a favorite so keep up on it.

You have to explicitly ask for ketchup or sauce if you want it. Waffle fries arrived slightly warm, and half filled w regular fries instead. No ketchup or sauce. Burger was "ok". A bit sloppily put together.
