I never received my burger. Instead they sealed a bag with a small order of french fries and placed a label with my name on it. They wrote my name right on the bag but couldn't make sure my order was in there before sealing it.

Onion rings were hard and a little burnt. The orange soda machine was bland. Maybe just needed to be refilled.

Im a little confused this is the second time.. they dont put the sausage in the sausage biscuit.. i paid extra to add egg and cheese but the sausage is missing.. i think the cook in the back needs more training.

They don't send the correct items in order. The biscuits are dry and stale. The French toast dips are a greasy mess. No crispy outer layer. The hash rounds are soggy and nothing resembling fresh out of the fryer.
