The food is always pretty good, but orders are ALWAYS messed up. I've ordered from here 4 total times, 3 times in person, 1 time through DD. They always forget items. Bought at least $70 worth of food and arrived with wrong sized fries, and missing drink. If you manage to get everything you order then it's pretty good, but so far for me, imma just order something else.

Carls is truly underrated. Their waffle fries top tier, better to get them at the restaurant so that theyre pipping hot. That burger omg, it taste like real meat not that plastic stuff.

The hash rounds seemed to be several hours old. They were a little hard, like they'd been under the heat lamp too long. Everything else was very good.
