Normally CARL'S Jr. is awesome but this order was less than quality, the Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger® Combo was dry overcooked burned onion rings on it and the Fried Zucchini was overcooked and missing the dip which it definitely needed it was a complete fail -1 star service.

Everyone makes mistakes but Carl's Jr. is consistently above and beyond the rest as far as being spot on for whatever you order fresh hot and flavorful.

Food was cold and gross. It was like they took an old burger and just stuck it into my bag. Same thing with the fries. Get it together seriously.

this location is the only clean fast-food restaurant i have ever seen in my life. everything was spotless and tidy when i went inside to pick up my order and i was impressed by the effort that the staff have clearly put in. even the stainless steel of the soda machine area was free of fingerprints and polished to a gleam. OUTSTANDING

So I didn't get my cake and they gave me a shake I didn't order that was a quarter empty not sure if the driver drank it or it what. But it should come with a tamper packaging cause I'm not sure if they drank it or not.
