The spicy Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo was awful. The chicken was barely present in the burger. Everything else we ordered chicken wise was delicious. Hey Carls....use your hand breaded chicken for the spicy chicken.

You really have to stop using 3 day old onion rings on the Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger® they are hard as a rock and disgusting. Put fresh onion rings on the burger!!!!!!

The food is good but they often forget things. The first time my meal didn't come with fries. The second time I didn't get my drink. And then the most recent order I ordered a Double Sourdough Star™ Combo but got a single. It was still good, just not what I ordered.
