We ordered the Oaxaca burro for the first time and the Red Beef tamales, our usual. The burro was Spicy, Savory, En Fuego! Delicious! The Red Beef tamales are always a hit! Tasty! Five Stars, Two Thumbs up! Love Carolina's!

I added Machaca, cheese and lettuce to my Stuffed Quesadilla. It tasted fresh and fantastic with a side of sour cream and salsa. I also ordered a side of beans and rice and a side Single Tortilla so I could scoop up the yumminess. I usually get chips but this was a nice alternative.

Paid for a half pint of hot sauce. Didn't get it. No utensils or napkins or even the little free hot sauces put in the bag. Not sure if that is the store to blame or the DoorDash driver but after a $10 tip and expensive food I would expect a lot better service and quality. The potatoes in my burrito were hard and undercooked as well. And I couldn't really taste the butter on the butter tortillas. Place has gone downhill recently. Usually they are amazing.

I have enjoyed Carolinas for many years. So surprised with new portion sizes! Teeny little taco with hardly anything in it. Less than a teaspoon of rice, beans, sourcream and guac! Prices way up. Portions way down. Disappointed.
