I got the brushetta chicken sandwich with a side of pasta salad and a caesar salad for dinner. It was a nice meal and the portions were good for the price. I was able to get two meals out of it. The pasta salad seemed somewhat salty to me, but I still enjoyed it.

I dunno, but for my money, Carrabba's has bundled the best parts of their dinner bread and seasoned olive oil with some excellent ingredients to make damn good sandwiches. The soup's pretty good, too! And who doesn't like a warm chocolate chip cookie, huh?

Lancaster, PA's failure is Carrabba's success. It's sad when the only good Italian sandwich you can get in this backward, one-horse-and-a-buggy town comes from a chain restaurant - but, I digress. All you supposed "Italian" joints, selling pizzas and hoagies? Go try one of these and see how it's done.
