Ice cream is good , but for some reason they dont cover the sundae dasher completely. So bag had whipped cream spilled inside

Shakes was disappointing... could barely taste the coffee... no evidence that the caramel or chocolate made it into the drink.
Chipsters were on point., though I would have preferred a slightly less crumbly cookie.

The cake and the chocolate chips tasted old and the strawberries were rotten... I always get the same sundae from carvel but this wasn't good at all.

We love carvel, but this store is very inconsistent. Some days you will get your ice cream or sundae dashers perfect with all the toppings etc. other days you get a cup of vanilla ice cream with a handful of bananas tossed in like the Bananas Foster Sundae Dasher that was purchased yesterday. I try not to complain when you guys forget sometimes but as of late it's been every time and this is not cheap to not get what we asked for.

Before my first order with you, I had not eaten any ice cream for well over a year (maybe even longer than that. I know I got a couple of "cold headaches" from the ice cream. Overall, I enjoyed the ice cream quite a bit.
