Pozole lacked a little flavor, but tons of condiments provided to adjust to your liking. Lots of meat and hominy.

the Caldo De Res is one of my all-time favorite comfort food on cold days. the amount of oil and fat that comes from the beef stock coats the stomach and is so full of flavour and goodness that brings a nostalgic feeling like no other. the hearty veggies, the aromatic beef stock, the MEAT. Every bit of this soup from Casa Adelita is so satisfying

quesadilla was not even cooked all the way. they forgot the guacamole. ask for extra cheese barely got any. forgot to even add the onions on the enchilada but they did put them on the side. but then they don't get cooked with the actual enchilada so the flavors lost.

You wouldn't expect it, but they have the best pancakes I've ever had. Great beans and rice here. Every order comes with chips and salsa. The pozole is the best in town!
