My husband and I just ordered fajitas through DoorDash and by the time we received our order not only was it cold but there were no tortillas. I called the Andover location (accidentally) and the manager could not have been nicer, offering to refund our meal. He couldn’t find an order with my name on it and we realized I called the wrong location. I then called the correct location and was told that the person that packed my order insisted that the tortillas were in the bag. They were absolutely not there. She then offered me a 2.00 refund since each tortilla was worth 1.00. Thanks but no thanks. If you want mediocre food, tortilla-less fajitas and poor service, this is your place. Not for me!
