I haven’t had good posole Pozole in a long time. Red Chile was on Fire, just the way I like it. Born in New Mexico, I appreciate good cooking. Kudos to the Chef, the addition of the cilantro and Bay leaves made the dish. I need some milk.

My door dasher was excellent, let me know when the order was picked up, when it was on my street, and when it was delivered. The food was excellent, as always.

The pazole was wonderful! I was feeling under the weather and looking for some comfort food. It was perfect!
The enchiladas were great too and I will enjoy those for lunch tomorrow.
