entire meal was quite good with large portions....yuca was surprisingly good (most places give you dry and rock-hard chunks),,,,papitas were excellent

I ordered the baby churrasco in medium rare and though it was more medium than rare, it was delicious! My husband loves the frijoles and the ropa vieja from here. Great place!

I love Casavana. Been going there for years now. I love their breaded fish, black beans, rice, salad. Also Palomia steak with onions and parsley. They have a very nice chicken noodle soup. Most of the time their food is consistently great.

the Caesar salad was very wilted and there was more cheese put in there drowning it then there was lettuce plus the dressing for it was very vinegary. there was no croutons on the Caesar salad nor was it made with Romaine lettuce. the breaded fish was good but not crispy like it usually is the Maduros were very good not greasy. I asked for chopped onions and parsley on my fish instead they sent a container with oily parsley in it. they did not include the delicious creamy aioli sauce that always goes with the fish. I ordered this around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday night. it was mediocre. the staff must be tired at this time of night
