The Roman Holiday is the pinnacle of Italian sandwich engineering. The topping ratios are perfect. Thinly sliced onions, juicy olives and pepperoncinis, a healthy helping of cured meats, delicious cheese, and lately the bread has been really good too. Thanks Castelli, whoever you are
