• DoorDash orderThe Gluten Free Italian Trio Pizza (10") was better than I expected. After cooling down, the crust took on that cardboard texture like most gluten free crusts do, so I'll try the "well done" baked kind next time. But I'd still rank it in the top 3 places in Springfield for gluten free options. Domino's and The Barn are the others that offer the best gluten free pizza's in my opinion.
