What's to say? Very tasty, good portions, fresh, plenty of choices of ingredients, sauces, dressings, toppings to customize your meal.
I will say they're a tad pricey, but I strongly suspect that CAVA's upscale Mosaic District location is not cheap to rent or own, so they've gotta make the money to pay for it, right? My Build Your Own Pita , 2 brownies, a cookie, and a drink came in at around 32 bucks, and then the tip for the delivery driver. The result was nearly $40; so I only indulge in this treat (Greek/Mediterranean food is a big favorite of mine) once In a while; but I don't recall ever being disappointed.
Oh, one last thing: my protein for this order was falafel; so except for the feta and perhaps the garlic dressing, it was all vegetarian, and I didn't mind. I'm an omnivore, so I eat meat. But I am also fond of my veggies, and it's not odd for me to have vegetarian meals, or vegetarian days; and the falafel here is very satisfying for a guy who likes both meat and vegetables. Let me put it this way: if I didn't know that this falafel isn't meat or a meat product, I might guess that it is, at least partially. It reminds me of meatballs. Pretty good.
So yeah, I recommend CAVA, if you don't mind spending a touch extra.
