The food was good (as always) but I ordered some brownies and they definitely aren't worth the price they're charging on here. They're good but they are absolutely tiny so keep that in mind if you order them.

Greens & Grain bowl with the regular chicken, red pepper hummus, feta cheese, pickled onions, corn salsa, with pita strips...always my go to!! Get the pita chips with the garlic dressing!! The blueberry lavender tea could use a little honey though.

My Greens + Grains Bowl was soooo good, the lamb was cooked perfectly and everything is so fresh. I loved the red pepper hummus and their tzatziki sauce, and the harissa was just the right amount of spicy. I got double meat which was pricey for the amount they gave me, but it was so delicious I can't complain. I will say though, if you're watching your sodium be careful with Cava because it is SALTY.

Had a Greens and Grain bowl with extras added (extra roasted veg), wasn't much in the bowl for the price of the extras. recommend not adding. Otherwise tasty.

I had been really craving Cava, but unfortunately, my experience was a huge letdown. When I opened my bowl, I was disappointed to find very little rice and barely any arugula. It honestly felt like they gave me the last of the ingredients—everything seemed old and lackluster. The fresh, vibrant flavors I’ve come to expect from Cava were completely missing, and I was left feeling unsatisfied. It was a far cry from the quality I’ve enjoyed before, and I definitely won’t be rushing back anytime soon.
