CAVA is one of my "go to's" when it comes to choosing a healthy and delicious salad!!! I always choose the "Greens & Grains" bowl as it's packed with so much flavor, tastes very nutritious, and is very satisfying! There are always leftovers for the next day which is an added bonus. If you are in the mood for a hearty and wholesome treat, I highly recommend this store!!!

I normally love Cava, but this bowl was quite a bit less than what they normally give& also not a normal portion size. I think it had all of 7 little pieces of chicken & I also paid for extra toppings that weren't added.

I love the Harissa Avocado bowl. My go to when I order from here. I also add extra veggies cus why not. Corn, broccoli, the pickled onions, & the tomatoes & cucumber combo. a bit spicy but i love spicy so it doesn't bother me. A side of pita chips are also necessary. If you get the free one it's good but i use my chips to scoop some of my bowl onto. The chips are super soft and sometimes I eat them plain. My mom enjoys the Lemon Chicken bowl. this is her second time ordering that. She enjoys the dressing and says she prefers it because its not spicy. Try it out.

I ordered the Kids Pita which was very good and a Greyston Blondie it was so tiny for the price
