The taste was good, but the presentation and customization requests were not fulfilled on multiple food orders. This was not the CAVA I switched to from Meza. You are now on par with Meza, low par that.

I REALLY wish I didn't have to give it 4 stars because the food is actually AMAZING! This is our first order from here. We were just missing our drink. Attempts were made because we had an empty cup in our bag. I'm sure the drink would have been just as good as the food, though.

There was barely any food any either of my bowls and one was missing rice. I also was not given any dressing for one of my salads. I'm extremally disappointed in the service today..
